The FELLAS 2024 Scholarship
Application
The FELLAS Non-Profit Organization is pleased to announce the continuation of its scholarship program to support and encourage High School graduates in the Rock Hill area schools. These awards will be made for the 2023-2024 academic year through the FELLAS Scholarship Fund that has been supported generously by sponsors and so many within the Rock Hill community.
AIM- The principal aim of this scholarship program is to offer financial support to African American males upcoming first year college students and to encourage serious and deserving young black male students to continue their studies.
USE of SCHOLARSHIP– Scholarship awards may be applied toward tuition, books, fees or other costs related to undergraduate study at an accredited 2- or 4-year college or university.
BASIS of AWARD- The Scholarship Committee, comprised of officers and members of The Fellas, will make the final selection of students to receive a scholarship based on their review of the application form and potential interview process -as we follow CDC pandemic guidelines for SC.
SCHOLARSHIP AWARDS: One (1) $5,000 Tuition award and four (4) $500 Book awards
How to Apply – This application form and all other required documentation must be received by Monday May 14, 2024 (11:59 pm, ET).
